Here at Locks of Sandwich Cycles, we have an extensive workshop where we carry out a wide variety of services. We offer a Standard Service, a General Labour Service and an Alternative Labour Service. Please read on to find out more.

Please Note:-
All bikes thats are delivered to the shop for servicing must be clean. We reserve the right to refuse bikes that are not, for health and safety reasons. Any bikes that require cleaning by us, before a service can be undertaken , will incur a charge for the time it takes for us to clean the bike at our general labour rates.

All jobs in the workshop must be booked in either by phone or email.

STANDARD SERVICE
£45.00 including VAT plus £5.00 consumables.

Includes:-

Complete bike check for damage and faults

Degrease, re-grease and adjust drive chain components

De-contaminate, clean and adjust brakes, pads and discs

Oil any cables

Adjustment of cable tensions

External bearing check, externally grease and tighten
Head race, Bottom Bracket, Pedals, Wheels

True and re-align wheels, check spoke tensions

Tyre inspection for damage and wear

External check of contact points

Full nut and bolt check


GENERAL LABOUR RATE
£40.00 per hour including VAT

This is for work undertaken by us, where we supply the parts required.





PRICE MATCHING
As a business, we are aware that saving money is something we all strive to do. Bearing this in mind we are happy to consider price matching (within reason) to parts purchased on the internet. On occasion, this is not financially viable for us but please enter into conversation with us to find out if we can help.
