Locks of Sandwich Cycles offer standard UK delivery.

Items In-stock in our warehouse are typically despatched/delivered within 2-10 working days, depending on service.

Deliveries are typically made between9am and5pm.

We use a combination of postal and courier services for our standard accessory deliveries.

Premium Bike Delivery

Our Premium Bike Delivery service is a bespoke service offered exclusively on bike purchases within a 100 mile radius of our Sandwich store (call for more information regarding costs). This service includes:-

  • Your bike will come fully assembled and ready to ride with any accessories, purchased with the bike, fitted.
  • A full pre-delivery inspection will have been carried out to ensure the set up you require has been achieved to your specifications as fully as possible.
  • Our team members will call to arrange a delivery day and time (within 7 days of purchase if the bike is in stock in store) that suits you.
  • No courier services will be used so the bike will not be loaded and unloaded numerous times, avoiding possible damage during transit.
  • We will dispose of ALL


Damaged Item(s)/Packaging

Should your item(s) be damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, if the packaging is clearly damaged, do not accept the goods and do not sign for their delivery. We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the courier after a package has been signed for.

Customers must inform us of any damage to packaging within 24 hours of receiving the item, if notification is after this time, we may not be able to claim for this issue and the customer may be liable for costs as a result of this.

Missed/Failed Deliveries

If an attempt to deliver your item is made and this fails due to no one being at home or no answer, then the driver will leave a card. This will then be up to the recipient to make suitable arrangements by calling the number on the card to receive the order from the depot.

The courier will try to deliver the order once more free of charge, any further deliveries after this will then be charged at the standard delivery rate, this will be advised by the courier at the time of arranging any subsequent deliveries.

Please Note:

1) Heavier or oversize items may also incur an extra fee.

2) Items being delivered outside of England, Wales, and Lowland Scotland. Example: Highlands and islands will incur additional delivery charges. You will be contacted about this before we ship the item.
